1. Can I place an order for your Mobile Self Storage service?

2. Are delivery times affected?

During the Coronavirus pandemic, we are taking vital steps to help stop and minimise the spread of the virus. As a result, certain areas across the North West may be slightly delayed but our staff will update you if we are later than 2-3 hours.

3. Is it safe to accept a delivery of a Mobile Self Storage Unit?

We are closely following the guidelines from the WHO advising, 'The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.'

4. Will I need to be in contact with a driver?

No. A delivery of a Mobile Self Storage Unit (MSSU) requires NO contact between the driver and customer. The combinations for locks to access the MSSU will be sent via email and/ or SMS. Once the MSSU has been delivered and the driver has left your premises, you can begin loading your unit.

5. What other steps are you taking to minimise the spread?

Before leaving your premises, the driver will ensure all handles, locks and latches on the trailer and the MSSU have been cleaned with disinfectant. This process in repeated upon collection of the MSSU before we take it back to our storage centres.

6. How do I access my Mobile Self Storage Unit during this time?

Access to your MSSU still remains free of charge. However, due to our staff levels across the region, we ask that all customers remain patient. Give us a time and a date and we will try our best to accommodate you.

When you are visiting our storage centres, social distancing guidelines must be observed otherwise we may ask you to leave.
